Strength and Conditioning 

Join personal trainer Darlene Taylor for a high intensity workout designed improve strength, agility and endurance and give you an edge on the court. Sessions will be $10 and offered Fridays from 6-6:45 and 7-7:45. You must sign up ahead of time.
